The children's book, Nukkumatti and the Midnight Sun, is in a printing house! I sent the files yesterday and asked them to make the books as perfect and beautiful as they can. They promised they'd do it.
I have no idea why it ended up taking so long to get the story ready for printing. But sometimes breaks like this can be a good thing. There are now two more characters in the story which weren't there initially. And Carolina drew many new illustrations for the story. They are lovely!
We will print the book in English and in Finnish for now. In the beginning of 2019 we will publish also versions in Chinese and Spanish, aimed partly towards the many, many tourists that visit Lapland in winter season. They are interested in the local culture and want to experience that in as many ways as they can. We believe our story of Nukkumatti and the Midnight Sun will be interesting for them. Let's see...
Now we have to wait about two weeks to get the books from the printing house. Ooh, I can barely wait!
